At Digweblance, we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing, web design, and AI automation services to all our clients. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be processed.
Service-Based Nature
Since most of our offerings are digital services (such as website development, digital marketing, or AI solutions), refunds are generally not applicable once a service has been initiated, delivered, or completed in part.
However, Digweblance may, at its sole discretion, review refund requests in exceptional cases.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a service, you must email us at info@digweblance.com within 24 hours of placing the order or signing up for a project.
Cancellations after the initial 24-hour period may not be accepted if work has already started.
For subscription-based services (such as monthly marketing retainers), cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle begins.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
You have made a duplicate payment by mistake.
A project has not yet been started, and cancellation is requested promptly.
There is a valid technical or service-related issue that cannot be resolved despite reasonable efforts from our team.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@digweblance.com and must include proof of payment and a clear reason for the request.
Non-Refundable Items/Services
Refunds will not be provided for:
Services that have already been initiated or delivered in part.
Customized design, development, or AI automation projects once approved for execution.
Domain, hosting, email, or third-party software costs incurred on your behalf.
Paid advertising budgets (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) spent through your campaigns.
Refund Processing Time
If a refund request is approved by the company, it will take up to 7 working days to credit the amount back to your original source account.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute regarding a payment, refund, or service delivery, the client agrees to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably with Digweblance before taking any further action.
